Post by Second Team on Sun Aug 10, 2014 2:56 pm

Changes for this week?

Out.  Durdin, Birss and Green. Newell inj.
In.    Watchman, Schott and Favretto. Stevens for Newell.

Carter to start at CHB and provide a backup in the ruck. Schott HFF and Favretto HBF.  Shocked  Shocked  Shocked

All your 'ins' deserve strong consideration, ST.

Kaine Stevens was very good yesterday. Tom Schott and Nick Favretto have been consistently good after a slow start to the season and Jess Watchman was very impressive.

I thought Sam Durdin did OK yesterday in his first game, considering the defence was under seige all day, but we all see things differently.

I am sure Durdin will be great in a few years time. I just don't see why we played him as he won't be here next year, he hasn't done anything in the reserves and we are second bottom. We need to be seeing who can play in the reserves.
As far as Durdin is concerned we showed recruiters that he is now top 20 and not top 10. Don't West get more money if he goes in the top 10. Shocked  Shocked  Shocked

Hopefully he will get through training this week.

Hard side to pick this week with so many out injured

F: Hayes Still Fielke
HF: Dijksman Watchman Schott
C: Beech Schmidt Homburg
HB: A Anderson Hyde Green
B: Caire Keough Favretto
R: Nelson Tuck Silverlock
INT: Schiller Birss Carter

In: Watchman, Schott, Favretto, Hyde
Out: R Anderson (inj), Newell (inj), Fisher, Durdin (both omit)

If Hill plays, Homburg to the bench and Schiller out.

Durdin not ready. Shown very little in the reserves while WAtchman has been extremely impressive. Hyde deserves a chance. Been very solid in the reserves.

Sadly I think we will lose quite comfortably despite South being our bunnies over recent years.

BloodnTars.

Like your side mate except I would keep Durdin in the league. I wouldn't drop him after 1 game

West by 3 goals.
All new players to star and Still to kick 4.
Aldo to post saying that Still is further ahead in our goal kicking race.  Shocked  Shocked  Shocked

I hope we do well but our stocks are low and the Panthers can play some good footy.

My tip South by too many
