I do like capping the number of rotations.
As players get tired their kicking becomes less accurate so they may just kick a long ball to a contest. The high mark might make a return.
This might also effect that bloody floating zone and the forward press which requires fresh players on the field all the time.
We need to get some fatigue back into the players, a fatigue player makes mistakes, starts kicking shorter and can't be spreading for short burst.

Allows real footballers to shine with skill, and vision instead of wippets whose only attribute they've got is pace.
I would cap rotations at 40 myself.
