2016

Post by billrobs1 on Sun Aug 28, 2016 7:45 am

What a shambles.
It took years to increase respect in the Bloods. We are now a laughing stock.
The only highlight of this season was MM posting an explanation for our demise on Facebook.
I can't stomach going to games and watching such insipid performances.
Unless there are significant and widespread changes on and off the field I can't see myself renewing my membership next year.
People need to be held to account.

Finally, thanks to all the volunteers which keep the club together.

There is already a full scale review under way to find out what we need to do to make sure 2017 is a huge improvement on this totally unacceptable year.

A year after a premiership we need to be strong. It's a time to stand up and make the changes tequired and that will happen.

We need our members and supporters to continue their loyalty now more than ever.

We're all hurting and many, many hours are being put in to do whatever is necessary for a successful 2017.

Bundy, the selection of recruits is done by football knowledgable person however the actual recruiting requires business management skill different to those for playing football imo.

Lets not shitcan people on personal likes or dislikes rather be a bit more big picture .

last year due to the late start to recruiting (delayed due to grand final) made recruiting very difficult but it should be noted that prior the same people doing it now are the same doing it then with a good record tnat lead to a premiership

Something about bath water and baby sticks in my mind

Good luck with recruiting and i look forward to announcements.
